Beautiful Girls

Ok, so I've been editing pictures from a photo shoot that I did of some really good friends of ours and I ran across this one and just had to post it! I love this picture-their innocence, their beauty and simplicity. I love that these two are friends. What I wouldn't give for us to live in the same place again so they could play together often. I miss you little miss Emily, and Morgan, I'm so glad you're mine. You're amazing!

Ok, so this was the cake I made for Aaron for our anniversary yesterday. I found the idea in a Wilton Cake book and thought it was adorable and since Aaron loves to fish.....thought he might like it too. Needless to say it was a huge hit at our house last night. Aaron got a good laugh and enjoyed eating it. And of course Morgan loved picking the candy off and eating it which gave her a big sugar rush right before bed! oh well!

Happy 6th Anniversary

Happy Anniversary Aaron. I love you so much. It's hard to believe that we've already been married 6 years. Sometimes it seems like we've been together sooo much longer and other days I remember it like it was just yesterday. Our wedding day was one of the most amazing days of my life. I am so blessed that God sent you to me. You are truly my other half. God knew what I needed in you long before I ever did. Thank-you for being such an amazing and loving husband and father. Thank-you for accepting me just for who I am, and thank-you for being an example of Christ in our home. I love you with all of me!

Morgan and her Daddy

This is the most content that I've seen my daughter in quite awhile. She is beyond thrilled to have her Daddy back, and I can't blame her. They are quite a pair! And I love them both beyond words! It only took her Daddy coming home to get her to finally take a nap! They crashed on the couch for quite awhile. Now she's wired for the night!!!! oh well, they both needed the sleep and snuggle time! I am so richly blessed!

Who Knew...

that I would be so incredibly happy to have these work boots thrown back on my bedroom floor. I know that these have carried my husband quite a few miles over the past months and it's so good to have him and his shoes back!

Finally I've got my own blog up and going!

Ok so for all my friends that keep asking me when I'm going to start my own blog...well here is my personal blog! As for my photography blog, it will be attached to my professional website when I get that up and running. And now that my wonderful husband is home, he can now help me with all of the technical stuff on the website. Keep checking back for pictures and more tidbits on our lives.
